Pedestals for decking
Resistance:
The pedestal for decking supports up to 1 ton of load. Robust, it resists temperature variations from -40°C to + 60°C, UV rays, frost as well as acid products and chemicals allowing installation around a swimming pool.
Manufacturing:
Made in France, the YEED pedestal for decking is environmentally friendly. It is made from polypropylene, a recycled and recyclable material.
Conformity:
YEED brand terrace pedestals comply with current standards: DTU 43.1 and 51.4.
The pedestal for decking allows the creation of terraces in wooden and composite blades for Pedestrian use.
Note: installation on a pedestal is not compatible with composite joists.
Be sure to use wooden joists for the construction of the pedestal structure.
The technical installation on pedestals terrace is quick and easy to perform. This method requires a few simple steps. Before starting the work, make sure that the soil is stable.
Installation steps on pedestals for decking:
Place the pedestals on the ground remotely regular (about 70 cm).
Adjust the height of the studs and check that the installation is at level. Then, place the joists on the head of the pedestals and screw the joist into the tab to secure it to the pedestal. Finally, add the deck boards and screw them on.
