Self leveling pedestals for paving
Resistance:
The self-leveling paving pedestal withstands loads of up to 1 ton. Robust, it supports without deterioration temperature variations from -40°C to + 60°C, UV rays, frost as well as acidic and chemical products. The self-leveling slab pedestal is placed directly on the ground without fixing. The height of the pedestal is adjusted millimeter thanks to the red nut. The head of the slab pedestal is equipped with 4 pins which allow to obtain a regular spacing of 3 mm between each slab of the coating.
The coating used for installation on a slab pedestal must be equal to or greater than 2 cm in order to guarantee the solidity of construction. The installation of self-leveling pedestals is simple: have a pedestal each angle of the slabs, i.e. 4 pedestals for a slab. It is also possible to add a 5th to the center the tiles by removing the pins with the pliers. In order to reduce vibrations and resonances of the terrace, it is advisable to add a noise damping wedge on the head of the pedestal.
