Concrete commitments

At YEED Group, we take the fight against global warming very seriously.
That’s why 80% of our adjustable pedestals and accessories are made from polypropylene — a recycled and recyclable material sourced from everyday household waste such as yogurt pots, caps, and packaging. This enables us to actively contribute to the circular economy.
The entire collection, sorting, and recycling process for our pedestals complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.
Every kilogram of recycled material we use reduces the carbon footprint of our products by 1.92 kg of CO₂.

This program enables our partners, particularly in the ephemeral construction sector, to return used products to us for recycling and reintegration into our injection processes.
Once these products have been collected, they are cleaned, sorted, crushed and shaped into small polypropylene balls.
These are then re-extruded to create a recycled plastic ready for reuse in our production lines.

Our production sites have a controlled carbon footprint, with a totally new, low-consumption machine park. All our factory waste (oil, big bags or cardboard, scrap metal, machinery, etc.) is sorted and sent to local service providers who then recycle it. A little extra: some parts of the plant are even heated by our machines. So we’ve come full circle!

For all our communication and marketing projects, we work with French and local service providers to limit transport.
We have also improved our printing practices for physical media, using recycled or FSC/PEFC-certified paper, printing limited quantities to avoid waste, reusable stands for our events, ethical goodies, eco-friendly signage, and encouraging digital communication by optimizing content.

For us, a healthy and fulfilling work environment is a key success factor. Thanks to action plans such as ergonomic workspaces that are pleasant for everyone, flexible working hours or telecommuting for a better balance between professional and personal life, regular meetings to encourage exchange and transparency, the organization of team-building activities or the creation of cross-functional projects that encourage collaboration between different departments, all contribute to creating a positive collective dynamic.
